colorcem-des
Colorcem Desactivante – surface retarder for exposed aggregate concrete

Colorcem Desactivante is a liquid surface retarder for concrete or mortar. When applied to fresh concrete, it delays the setting and hydration of the cement in the surface layer. After washing with pressurized water, the aggregate remains exposed, producing exposed aggregate concrete.

The range includes 8 water-based retarders that are harmless to the user. The different types vary in the depth of their action and are identified by their color: from P01 (acidic) to P08, with a depth of 7 mm.

The type should be selected so that the depth of action is about one third of the largest aggregate size. For improved cohesion and workability of the concrete, the manufacturer recommends POLIFIB synthetic fibers.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1019/9066/2526/files/vg-colorcem-des-1_8aa8b9db-2678-4282-a9b7-80790597ac78.jpg?v=1792594684
