Colorcem 1cm is a colored dry powder mortar based on high-strength cements, pigments, selected aggregates and high-purity additives. It is mixed with water, spread in a layer approximately 1 cm thick over the surface and stamped with molds.

The mortar forms a wear-resistant layer that protects the substrate, with high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance. Textures resembling paving stones, natural stone, slate, wood, tiles and others are available. It is also suitable for renovating surfaces and stairs.

The system includes Latexcem bonding primer, 10 mm mesh fiberglass reinforcement, Desmoldeante P release agent, and Aguasol Plus or DS-90 sealing varnish. The product complies with EN 13813:2014 as a mortar for screeds and floor coverings.

Colorcem 1cm is used to create a stamped layer over existing surfaces:

  • Pedestrian areas and access routes: parks and gardens, urban pedestrian areas, squares, pavements
  • Outdoor leisure areas: shopping and entertainment centres
  • Car parks
  • Resurfacing of pavements and stairs

Consumption

Consumption is approximately 20 kg/m² per 1 cm of thickness. The layer thickness is 0.8 to 1.5 cm. At a thickness of 1 cm, one 25 kg bag covers approximately 1.25 m².

Packaging

25 kg bag with a moisture-resistant polyethylene lining. 1000 kg pallet (40 bags).

1. The substrate must be sound, stable, free of dust, grease and loose material, and sufficiently rough. Wash with water under pressure and allow to dry.

2. Apply Latexcem bonding primer over the entire surface, either undiluted or diluted with clean water by up to 50%. Wait approximately 10 minutes.

3. Mix Colorcem 1cm with clean water until homogeneous and workable, but not too runny. Water should make up approximately 11% of the product’s weight. Excess water can cause segregation and reduce strength. Do not use well water or water with a high salt content.

4. Spread and level the first coat to a thickness of approximately 5 mm.

5. Embed 10 mm mesh fibreglass reinforcement in the fresh coat.

6. Spread and level a second coat to a thickness of approximately 5 mm.

7. When the mortar is no longer soft, apply Desmoldeante P release agent, position the stamps and press them evenly to achieve the desired texture.

8. After 48–72 hours, sweep off the release agent and wash the surface with water under pressure.

9. Once dry (depending on the climate), apply Aguasol Plus or DS-90 sealing varnish to seal the pores and enhance the colour.

Storage

In the original, sealed packaging, protected from the elements. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly.

Precautions

  • Apply at temperatures between +5 and +30 °C. Do not apply if frost or wind is expected.
  • Expansion joints must be observed and cut in time. Areas should not exceed 15 m².
  • Layer thickness must be at least 0.8 cm and no more than 1.5 cm.
  • Do not add excess water when mixing.
  • Proper curing is required. The time between stages depends on temperature and humidity.
  • Under normal light traffic, renew the sealing layer every two years.

За щампован бетон са нужни три неща: цветна посипка, отделител (за да не залепва щампата) и запечатващ лак накрая. Щампите се наемат или купуват отделно.
